Delivering Pleasure with Purpose

Magnum wanted to sharpen their point of view on Pleasure and establish a smart, relevant purpose fit for the next 5-10 years. We first needed to understand the world of possibility that ‘pleasure’ had to offer, so blended expert and opinion leader research with cultural understanding, to deliver a series of sharp insight territories that could underpin a Magnum positioning.

We then worked with Magnum’s creative agency, developing adcepts to explore in groups. After, we developed the Magnum Brand Love Key, as well as a set of clear executional guidelines to underpin the future of the brand. We have since become their go-to strategic insight partner across audience, brand, comms and innovation strategy globally, including broader category transformation work.
